At the helm of our group are Managing Directors Mr. Joe Mathew and Ms. Teena Joe, whose combined expertise and leadership have shaped the organization into a powerhouse of quality and innovation across multiple industries. With over two decades of experience in construction, facilities management, Mr. Joe Mathew has built a reputation as a seasoned Director, successfully delivering high-profile projects throughout the UAE and India, from luxury residential estates to key public infrastructure developments.
Equally integral to our success is Ms. Teena Joe, whose role as Academic Director is pivotal in driving the organization’s educational and development initiatives. Her leadership ensures that our training center provides world-class programs, nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Together, Mr. Joe Mathew and Ms. Teena Joe lead five specialized companies under the JM Organization banner, all working toward a common goal of delivering exceptional quality and value.
